We launched AI Workforce Certification Academy because the conversation about AI and jobs is missing the people most affected. Free online courses are everywhere, but they rarely produce the practical capability employers actually want, and they almost never reach skilled trades, small businesses, or underserved communities. We're changing that with hands-on, certification-based pathways.
